  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase Monday - Friday.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your package.

  • Shipping costs vary based on the delivery region and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note, shipping charges are influenced by the weight of the items in your order and your shipping address.

  • Additional charges may apply for heavier or oversized items, which will also be reflected at checkout.

Carrier Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, carrier delays are beyond our control.

  • In the event of any unexpected delays or issues with the carrier, we encourage you to check with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Items

  • Once your order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure or using a shipping method with added protection for valuable items.

Incorrect Shipping Address

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We are only able to ship within the United States.
